The partnership of an American industrialist and a French school to innovate together!
Inaugurated on February 23, 2021, the Gene Haas Center is a technological space designed in partnership between Haas France – Performer CNC and the engineering school ECAM LaSalle. This 350 m² platform will serve both as an educational tool for ECAM LaSalle students and as a showcase for Haas to introduce its latest generations of computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools and to train its clients. With this new "Industry 4.0 platform" featuring around ten major pieces of equipment and a budget of 1.5 million euros, ECAM LaSalle reaffirms its pioneering stance on experimentation-based education.
